(White Serbian Plum Brandy)
„Trnovača“ (trnovacha), an autochthonous plum variety from the regions of West Serbia, gives an authentic character to this particular white rakia produced through double distillation and blending of selected distillates which aged for more than two years in inox tanks. Trnovača variety’s complex fruity tones, freshness, and a rounded taste make “Drinska Ljuta” (drinska lliuta) stand out in a special way among white „slivovitz“ rakia.
BB distillery produces twenty different exquisite types of „klekovacha“, fruit rakia, and rakia with remedial herbs. For all of the rakia a strict selection of the best fruits from the regions of Western Serbia is performed.
